By placing an order with Atishoo it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under Scottish law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

Your Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information page as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. Please refer to the laundering advice provided on our site.

Making Exchanges and Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:

Write on the reverse side of the packing slip (which comes with your order) whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, include the packing slip and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payment Methods and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Customer Guarantee

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all designs and colours whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day.

Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely to be any small delays. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

You may specify and alternative delivery address, separate from your billing address, if, for example you wish to send the product as a gift.

The cost of delivery will not be refunded.

Feedback

We value feedback and suggestions from our customers on the use of the website itself or on our range of products. If there is a product or design that you would like to see and we do not currently stock it, please give us your suggestions.

Consistency Of Products

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer & Limitations of liability

Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Future Perfect (Scotland) Ltd.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
